#TemptingTuesdayTreat - Salted Caramel Overnight Oats



It tastes like dessert - but it's a healthy choice for breakfast! Full of fiber, protein, complex carbohydrates, and healthy Omega-3s, this is a great option if you're trying to eat healthier but also don't want to miss out on the sweets!!

Salted Caramel Overnight Oats

You Will Need:

For the oats:
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup caramel Greek yogurt (The Greek Gods, Chobani, and Oikos are great options for this!)
2 tbsp. chia seeds
1 cup milk of choice (soy, flax, coconut, almond, or dairy)
A pinch of salt

For the topping:
2 bananas, frozen in chunks
2-3 tbsp. milk of choice
2 medjool dates

To garnish:
cacao nibs, chocolate chips, fudge sauce, fresh fruit, etc...

Instructions:
Freeze the bananas ahead of time.

For the oats, mix all the ingredients together and chill overnight.

For the topping, blend bananas and dates together in a powerful blender or food-processor. Add milk as needed to reach desired consistency.

Right before serving top oats with topping (and garnishes) and enjoy!
