Favorite Songs To Dance To: It depends on the mood that I am in. If I’m feeling really sappy or sad, I love to dance to anything by Sam Smith or Let Me Hold You by Josh Krajcik. If I’m feeling like a badass and want to feel alive, I like to dance to anything by Skrillex or Bad by David Guetta. The days that I’m feeling super sexy, I’ll play Lioness, Hours by FKA Twigs, or anything by The Weeknd. If I just plain need to dance it out, I’ll throw on songs like Beneath your Beautiful or Bless the Broken Road or Girl Crush.

Why I Teach At Flirt: It’s my passion…..not just pole, but to inspire women. Being able to share my story and my life with a beautiful community and being able to introduce a safe haven for women to feel secure in themselves is the most humbling, honoring peach I could ever wish for.
What I Want For My Students: I want each of my students to feel sexy, strong and confident. I want them to be able to free the inner goddess within them and be thankful for each curve of uniqueness they have. I want them to feel empowered by the physical strength pole gives them. I want them to be able to honestly look at their reflection in the mirror and say “you are beautiful”.
One Last Thing I Want You To Know: You are an amazing creature of this earth and you are capable of so much more that you think you are. Life is about living and as a woman we tend to always live for others instead of ourselves. Take time for you, no matter what it is, to connect your mind, your body and your spirit. Student or not, I see the beauty in you. I believe in you. Oh – and – free laughs, smiles, hugs and more 24/7! Come in and share your story with me!!!

Favorite Songs To Dance To: My song choice really varies on my mood. I typically like songs with heavy emotion/meaning; something I can really relate to and pour my heart out through my movement. While other times all I want to dance to is something slow and sexy! Why I Teach At Flirt: Teaching pole and inspiring women gives me so much fulfillment and I believe with all of my heart that this is my calling in life. To have the opportunity to inspire and guide women through their pole journey as my instructors did for me is an honor. I believe in everything this studio stands for. As instructors, we are here to not only help you learn the art of Pole Fitness but, also, to learn the art of becoming a stronger, more confident you!
What I Want For My Students: I want my students to truly gain everything they hoped to gain from Flirt Fitness and MORE! I want my students to truly fall in love with themselves. I want to see them wear their bodies with great pride; loving every inch of their uniqueness. I want the wall size mirrors in the studio to no longer be a voice for their insecurities, but a FRIEND that gives them a clear reminder of their true beauty and strength. If my students walk out of the studio each week feeling confident, sexy, strong, and full of self-worth then I will know I am fulfilling my duties as an instructor.
One Last Thing I Want You To Know: Flirt Fitness is not just a “Pole Studio”, it’s also a safe haven built of a community of amazing women who are ready to welcome you into our lives as our sister. This studio has become my sanctuary where I can strip down all of my insecurities and express myself through my movement and I’m sure every woman at this studio would say the same for themselves. And, though taking the first step can be intimidating, I promise you, you will thank yourself for taking that courageous first step as you watch your life transform for the better... Why I Teach At Flirt: My favorite part about being a Flirt Instructor is my students, hands down. I love teaching. Teaching is a talent that not a lot of people are capable of doing as it requires a lot of humility, self analyzing, patience, and an ability to teach many different ways. My students are the reason I teach, they are the reason I complete continually education, they are the reason study, and they are the reason I love my job. Each one is so very special in my heart in their own ways, and I wouldn't change that for anything in this world.
What I Want For My Students: To develop a level of strength and understanding to where they can achieve their own goals. Also to challenge them through educating them in different kinds of dance, movement, choreography, combos, and strength. And to help them realize that utilizing these things will make the unique and original to themselves!
One Last Thing I Want You To Know: Love yourself, because you are perfectly imperfect, and that's what makes you unique!!
Liquid Motion is a methodology that can apply to any aspect of life, from everyday movement to technical dance vocabulary. This program teaches how to achieve a seamless and natural movement quality by applying basic dance theory and sensual movement exploration. Through self-confidence, knowledge of techniques and power of individuality, you will have the tools to further your education and exploration on your own. Liquid Motion teaches fluidity through sensual movement and basic dance theory. Regardless of the student’s dance experience, our program will provide the tools to explore the body’s natural movement, build self-confidence, and understand the body on a higher level. These classes are designed to appeal to everyone, from the every day person to the advanced dancer or instructor.
